Gulkand Thandai
Ingredients
- Gulkand 2 tsp
- dry rose petals 1 tbsp
- grated dry coconut 1 tbsp
- almonds 10-12 nos
- cashews 8-10 nos
- Fennel seeds(saunf) 1 tsp
- poppy seeds (Khas Khas) 1 tbsp
- white pepper 2-3 nos
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Cardamoms 4-5 nos
- Cloves 2-3 nos
- sugar 2 tbsp
- full cream milk 500 ml
- crushed ice 1 cups
Preperation
- Dry roast almonts, cashews, poppy seeds, saunf in pan
- Assemble all ingredients except milk and ice in a mixer jar. Grind all. Thandai is ready.
- Now add milk and blend in a high speed for 1-2 minute. And crushed ice if required
- Garnish with dry rose petals. Serve chilled Thandai
