Gulkand Thandai

Ingredients

  • Gulkand 2 tsp
  • dry rose petals 1 tbsp
  • grated dry coconut 1 tbsp
  • almonds 10-12 nos
  • cashews 8-10 nos
  • Fennel seeds(saunf) 1 tsp
  • poppy seeds (Khas Khas) 1 tbsp
  • white pepper 2-3 nos
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamoms 4-5 nos
  • Cloves 2-3 nos
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • full cream milk 500 ml
  • crushed ice 1 cups

Preperation

  • Dry roast almonts, cashews, poppy seeds, saunf in pan
  • Assemble all ingredients except milk and ice in a mixer jar. Grind all. Thandai is ready.
  • Now add milk and blend in a high speed for 1-2 minute. And crushed ice if required
  • Garnish with dry rose petals. Serve chilled Thandai
